Welcome to Resilient Skies, LLC!  We are a family-owned, small business based in North Augusta, SC with a focus on the things that we love to do!  The name has a deep history behind it and defines our passions as a family all put together in one.

Hi, we are Chris and Melanie Chavous.  We have been married for over 20 years and have lived a life that has been blessed with ups and downs, lefts and rights, positives and negatives... But one thing we did was learn many things that made us stronger and better.  Those things combined with our passion for providing services is what led us to combining our passions into one.

If you focus on the Resilient Skies logo, you see four overlapping circles.  The first circle you see is green that represents the color of resiliency.  The color green is associated with renewal and a vibrant embrace of Mother Earth.  It also symbolizes hope and the promise of new beginnings.  These are the basis of being resilient.  The second circle is sky blue symbolizing the color of the sky.  Some cultures associate this color with peace, tranquility, and relaxation while others associate truth, wisdom, and intelligence.  Even though both of these are super important to our vision, this color also symbolizes our passion to teach people.  Purple is the next color you see in the logo and this one represents the holistic, wellness approach that Melanie brings to the table.  Her passion has extended into our family with providing us more educated resources on learning about holistic wellness through the use of many natural products, such as DoTerra Essential Oils, that she enjoys consulting and educating others about.  Lastly is the color royal blue.  This color represents Chris' passion for teaching and leading his First Responder brothers and sisters through their involvement in Critical Incidents through Stress Management Training and Consulting.

These four circles overlap each other for two reasons.  The main reason should be obvious; each of these colors can be directly related to each other in some way.  This is why we put our individual businesses and passions into one.  But the second reason is not as obvious.  Chris has another passion, drones.  The four circles also mimic the image of looking at a drone in flight from above.  Chris enjoys teaching others about the safe use of drones, as well as providing drone-related services for his clients.
